What an adorable banner to display at a little boy's birthday party! Twinkle Twinkle Little Star birthday. This banner is made on 4x4 white chipboard; NOT CARDSTOCK; it is much thicker. The font is done in boy blue and I added medium blue stars to separate the words and on each end of the banner. I used a soft baby blue ribbon to put the banner together. To compliment this banner, I made a 10 foot long star garland that is made with shades of blue stars- boy blue, medium blue and baby blue. This banner can be customized to your colors.
