Spring Step Deandrea Women's Comfortable Slip-On Shoes - Lightweight & Breathable for Walking, Work & Casual Wear

Very lovely shoe had a lot of compliments on it already it is comfortable .It is actually a lot prettier than picture and I had waited quite a few months to find these . I had seen the make before but they never had my size .They came very quickly well packed .They look very well made .The insole is very comfortable and they are not too high just the right height for jeans and dresses .I was able to wear the shoe all day without a problem. I am an in-between size so its hard to find a shoe or boot that fits .The strap across the top of the foot could have been slightly tighter but all in all I am really happy with the shoe as it looks great and is very comfortable .I would definitely buy the spring step shoes again from this store ..So sad, beautiful shoes, but these run two sizes too small. What a shame.I had to buy a size down. I’m usually a 37 but 36 fit perfectly! Very light & comfortable:)These shoes are very comfortable & pretty. Only problem is that the insole of one of the sandals seams like it's detached somehow because it buffs up into the are of my foot which can be a little annoying.The previous statement was made prior to my noticing that I received 2 different sized sandals. The left sandal is a size 38 and the right sandal is a size 37. I did not notice this until after I had worn them a few times and the leather loosened up. Also the left sandal developed a lump on the insole at the arch. Regardless of the fact that I received 2 different sized sandals the seller was unable to help with a refund or exchange because the sandals were supposedly shipped directly from manufacturer and the manufacturer policy was not returns after 30 days. The Seller offered me a $25 credit toward another pair. I find this most unsatisfactory and unacceptable. (by the way I did send pictures to the seller showing defect and sizes)Arch strap is a smidgen too loose. That said, I still love the shoe!Beautiful shoes but just abit too small!we ordered another size up in exchange for the smaller pair an was only charged $10!:))Super cute but they are wide. My feet tend to get slipped forward when walking. Otherwise love them!I love the shoes, but I think I should have bought a smaller size. :(
